Partnership and… collaboration

We are small, we are young, still subject to the first seven years - the most important in growing up, as they say. We are flattered to say that just as a person learns all his life, so we develop thanks to our ability to learn daily - from trial and experience, mistake and success. But most of all - from the persistence with which we walk along the path we have chosen. We believe that it is precisely this persistence that meets us with you, our partner-clients, who choose to believe in us and our ability to satisfy your desires, interests, requirements.

It is not an easy way - building trust between parties is a two-way process. Persistence and diligence are required from us to build on what has already been achieved. Patience and communication are required of you. They say that good things come slowly and that is true indeed because there may be a chance where you hit the best. But what is that chance when it comes to repeating? And third time? To increase that chance, it takes work, and work, and work. Daily, unconditionally, devotedly, constantly.

We thank everyone who supports us and believes in us:

Rakia shop and ЕДНА - Edna apricot and Edna misket rakia. The apricots from Silistra are three different varieties and are picked and delivered separately. We ferment spontaneously and distill separately, after which we blend together with colleagues Svetlin and Gergana Mirchevi, the faces behind ЕДНА rakia. The misket from Sungurlare ferments spontaneously as well and after distillation is aged for about 6 months in old casks. Two really beautiful rakias that we are very proud of!

Altan Teteven - the young colleagues from Teteven, who decided to restore the glory of Teteven plums, believed in our enthusiasm, regardless of our inexperience, and for the third year now they trust us with the production of their unaged and aged rakia, winners of the silver and gold medals, respectively, from the competition within the framework of the Rakia Fest .

Aya Estate Vineyards - we work mainly with Aya's top red varieties - Pinot Noir, Sangiovese and those from the Melnik family. This is a partnership with a "kinship" relationship, but based on trust in work and openness in relations. Aya Estate is one of the shareholders in Seewines Spirit, but that is not why we work together. As the folk artist wisely said - friendship and kinship go hand in hand, but cheese comes with money.

Restaurants Stastliveca   и  Constantinoff - "Stastliveca" is a well-known network of Bulgarian restaurants dedicated to the idea of ​​expanding the taste horizons of their customers. They do it thanks to their concept, built on the traditions of Bulgarian producers and farms. In the world of gourmet experiences, where every bite and sip has its own story, ARKANA Muscat Rakia, aged in a single barrel for over 3 years, completes this experience in a perfect finish. "Constantinoff Restobar" is a kind of modern challenge to the senses. You have to try ARKANA Constantinoff Kissed by Oak - on its own or in a cocktail to understand why it's good to be explorers and challenge ourselves every day with a little something.

Teraflex - Terra Continuum - we work with a special Pinot Noir, grown in the Persina Natural Park by the Danube River. In addition to wine, the grapes turned out to be extremely beneficial for the aromatic Merak brandy, winner of a silver award at the RakiaFestSofia competition

2Leta - Iva's aromatic liqueurs are gaining more and more fans and we are proud that she trusted us with the raspberry version of 2Лета, which also won the hearts of the jury at the RakiaFestSofia competition - a gold medal for 2Leta Raspberry!

Omajna  - our main distinction is working with individual varieties and producing pure varietal rakias. From time to time, however, we allow ourselves to escape from the straight line and these “deviations”, usually the fruit of collaboration with a partner (in this case melvino.bg ) lead to incredible products. Like this wonderful rakia, Омайна ракия, a blend of 2 grape varieties - Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris.
